Mentorship Program

See It, Be It ...Then Pay it Forward.

We believe in creating a community that provides a way for experienced professionals to pass on their hard-earned wisdom to others searching for their path.

Mentors give women an avenue to practice their communication skills in a safe environment by focusing on growth and improvement.  A good mentor inspires you, stretches you, connects you, develops your EQ, opens your mind and most importantly, doesn’t judge.

Whether you are a young professional or a seasoned veteran, you can make a difference in a woman's life and career. Capitalize on what you're good at and allow others to learn from you. Your experience will be enriching, rewarding and fun!

Join our powerful community of strong women and male advocates:

find a mentor or mentee, learn from experts, share your ideas, and unlock your true potential.

How it Works

Throughout the program, mentees leverage the expertise of their mentor by asking questions about work/life balance, professional growth and more, while mentors have an opportunity to grow their leadership and mentoring skills in a supportive environment.

The Process

Mentorship is a 12-month program and we'll work closely with you to ensure the best match. After a kick-off welcome event, mentors and mentees will be paired based on goals, interest, experience and in some cases, location.

commitment

We require that participants commit to a 12-month program, meeting monthly via phone/Zoom and/or email, with the goal of monthly contact. Updates submitted by you during the first few months of the program and periodically thereafter help us ensure the success of the match.

"A mentor is someone who allows you to see hope inside yourself. A mentor is someone who allows you to see the higher part of yourself when sometimes it gets hidden to your own view."
